New BMW X7 launches in India, price is 98.90 lakh rupees



BMW India has launched the BMW X7 in India. BMW X7 was introduced at the global level for the first time in October 2018, now has been made available at the starting price of 98.90 lakhs (ex-showroom) in the country.




The BMW X7 is a 7-seater vehicle and it has been brought in two variants of XDrive 40 Mi and XDrive 30D DPE signature in the country. This vehicle is inspired by the latest generation 7 Series, which has been launched with this. X7 is based on the company's CLAR architecture.




In the history of BMW X7 is the first car that is being brought with 7 seats and seats are given in the third row. It will be placed above the X5 SUV in India, this new flagship model will be in the brand's X-Series lineup.

In India, the BMW X7 SUV will be brought in the form of Completely Naked Down (CKD) unit and will be assembled in the Chennai-based plant. This SUV is 5,151mm long, 2,000mm wide and 1,805mm high. Its wheelbase is placed at 3,105mm.




In the BMW X7, the Signature Kidney Grill has been installed in front, it is the first car of the company in which large grill has been used. Which has been used later in the latest generation 7 series. LED headlamps have been installed on both sides of its large grill and LED DRL has been added to it.




The side of the SUV shows the large 20-inch wheel of this SUV. The LED taillight is provided in the back of the BMW X7 and it has been added to the Chrome Strip, which is spread across the entire boot.

BMW X7 SUV has 12.4-inch Instrument Cluster and Infotainment Display, 5 Zone Automatic Climate Control System, Leather Seat, Panoramic Sunroof, surround sound system, 10.4-inch display in the back seat, and many features.




A new 3.0-liter 6-cylinder twin turbo petrol engine has been installed in the new BMW X7 XDriew 40i, which provides 335 bhp power and 450 nm torque. Its 3.0-liter 6-cylinder twin turbo diesel engine has been installed in its 30D DPE signature, which provides torque of 620 nm with the power of 260 bhp.




In both the new BMW X7 engines, 8-speed steatronronic automatic gearboxes have been installed. This SUV of the company is accompanied by attractive looks as well as better features which make it a luxury car.
